Home inspection
A thorough visual inspection of the entire home, garage and grounds to discover major defects, potential problems, or safety hazards.
Approximately 3-4 hours for a full inspection.
Radon Testing
Well water testing
A Test for bacteria and coliform.
Result in 1-5 days.
Metals testing (cadmium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, lead, and zinc).
Results returned in approximately 10 days.
Samples are delivered to a certified lab for testing.
Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers,
according to EPA estimates. Overall, radon is the second leading
cause of lung cancer. Radon is responsible for about 21,000 lung
cancer deaths every year. About 2,900 of these deaths occur among
people who have never smoked. On January 13, 2005, Dr. Richard H.
Carmona, the U.S. Surgeon General, issued a national health advisory on radon.
